CHallenge Yourself

Get out of your comfort zone. Learn to defend yourself, get in shape and make friends... all at once. What are you waiting for?

Hands and Feet

Stay busy with your hands, feet, knees and elbows. Everything has a purpose and something to do… don’t forget about using all of your tools.

STRONG DEFENSE

Your legs are what stop people from getting around your hips and getting chest to chest.

If they get around your guard, you will have to fight for your life to get them out of side control.

Instead, fight for your life to not even let them pass.

Frustrating

Almost passing the guard and your opponent stopping you last minute is one of the most frustrating things.

We want to make them frustrated, so we want to make our guard as difficult to pass as possible.
