Welcome to Lauzon MMA

We are a mixed martial arts school and offer adult classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling. We also have an adult competition team that competes in amateur and professional mixed martial arts fights.

It's never too early to begin martial arts training, so we offer a two different kids programs as well. One is centered around Uechi-Ryu Karate and focuses on discipline and self defense. The other kids program is geared towards competition and is run more like our adult classes where application in a sport environment is emphasized.

We always encourage anyone interested in training to come in and try out a few classes free of charge.
